The Software Engineering Manager leads and inspires a multidisciplinary team of technology professionals to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data, cloud, and Business Intelligence solutions. This role is accountable for designing and implementing strategic cloud platforms and application frameworks, overseeing the full software development lifecycle—including development, testing, and deployment of API, UI, and data solutions—and ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. The manager drives continuous improvement, fosters innovation, and champions Agile methodologies to optimize team performance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Mentoring developers on improvements + **You will define and manage** resource requirements and allocations, monitor and improve quality, and ensure 'best practice' development techniques. + **You will create better ways of solving** technical problems and not be afraid of challenging the status quo. Identify bottlenecks across SDLC, evaluate performance opportunities, and implement and manage Key Performance Indicators. + **You will work** to plan releases and release schedules. + **You will manage intake process** for application project estimates. + **You are a strong communicator** . Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading Compliance teams.
