Desirable Competencies
• 2+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
• 2+ years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
• Experience with Web Services, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS
environment
• Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical
development role
