You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design software systems, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and technical best practicesDevelop and implement robust, maintainable, and secure code using modern programming languages and frameworksCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practicesIdentify and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutionsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the quality and reliability of the softwareStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, and apply them to improve the development processContribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and infrastructureRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 8-12 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering complex software projectsProficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)Experienced in designing and implementing software architectures, design patterns, and best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentExperience in mentoring and guiding junior developersFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and project management toolsContinuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologiesPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience working in an enterprise software development environmentFamiliarity with cloud-based architectures and DevOps practicesCertification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, Scrum)We are SiemensA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
