This job is part of the Software Engineering job function. They are responsible for successfully executing and monitoring system improvements to increase efficiency. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop, maintain, enhance, and test systems. + Coordinate the implementation of other systems. + Serve as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements of critical value to the organization. + Perform the investigation and resolution of data, system, and software issues in the production environment. + Complete needed maintenance and management of production management. + Liaise directly with clients on strategic engagements and with strategic partners on system and data integration. + Perform the specification and design of new features at client or business request. + Evaluate new platforms, tools, and technologies. + Design, develop, and maintain internal algorithms and tools. + Apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles, advanced techniques, and theories to create unprecedented solutions. + Showcase in-depth expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies within own function. + Use experience and knowledge of all job areas within a function, practical experience in several functional areas or businesses, or concentrated knowledge of a particular discipline to coach and guide others. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Provide moderate impact on the business direction through the development of innovative services or products. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions. + Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
