Summary: Seeking a Junior Software Developer skilled in C++ for developing and troubleshooting train simulation software.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years C++ experience with Microsoft Visual Studio. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Understanding of multi-threaded execution and MFC libraries. Ability to perform hardware integration testing and troubleshooting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of VBA, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, SQL, Python, MFC, QT UI, batch scripting languages. REST API/Webservice Integration Knowledge. GIS Data Knowledge. Experience with Trello or Kanban boards. Experience in modeling and simulation; knowledge of railway industry is a plus. Team leadership experience.Responsibilities:
Serve as technical customer liaison ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Develop and modify train simulation software using C++ for various devices. Troubleshoot and debug code base using Microsoft Visual Studio. Participate in hardware/software development and integration tasks. Involve in device installation, testing, corrections with team/customers. Create software updates; test before deployment to clients.Pay Details: $30.00 to $43.00 per hour
