We are seeking a Software Engineer who has experience developing interfaces to integrations to join our team today.

Responsibilities

Design and development of “plugins” for the platform that are used for integrating with external systems.

Involved with all aspects of software development, working to create and maintain the most reliable, secure and performant service for our customers.

Contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business needs.

Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to leadership, team members and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in computer science, related technology field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years experience

You have hands-on experience with development and maintenance of applications and unit tests to a high quality

Unit testing, end-to-end testing, and test-driven development experience

Experience with JavaScript in Node.js

Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps

Experience with GIT or equivalent version control system

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment

Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins.

Detail oriented approach to building secure, stable, software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing in containerised environments (such as docker)

Experience with associated tools such as Postman, IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio Code)

Experience with integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) offerings

Experience using Linux and an understanding of networking concepts

Experience with other interface types (GraphQL, MQTT etc)

Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban

In depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle

Experience using REST APIs
