Job Description We are seeking a Node / Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality and high-performance digital applications on the Java technology stack. This role is critical for developing microservice architectures and managing data with distributed databases and GraphQL interfaces Day to Day Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable personalization services and microservices using Node.js, Java, and MVC-based architectures • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs to support dynamic, personalized application experiences • Design and optimize data models using Cassandra and other distributed databases • Integrate multiple data sources into unified, secure, and high-performing systems • Optimize application performance through profiling, tuning, and troubleshooting • Participate across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Collaborate with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams in an agile environment • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards • Deploy and scale services using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Contribute to architectural decisions and CI/CD best practices • Support observability and monitoring; experience with • Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk is a plus • Own assigned modules and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 5-8 years of experience with Node.JS and Java microservice based architectures • 5–8 years of experience implementing GraphQL APIs to enhance application functionality and performance • Experience with distributed databases (Cassandra preferred) • Solid understanding of saleable system design and performance optimization •Experience with Google Cloud Platform •Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Datadog or Splunk
