About This Opportunity As a Software Engineer IV, you will be involved in leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems and projects. You will work independently, collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders, and may lead technical teams. Key responsibilities include writing high-quality code, performing unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and help to improve application performance and functionality. Responsibilities Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems that meet defined requirements. Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and business analysts to gather and clarify requirements. Provide technical leadership on small teams or projects, mentoring junior engineers. Identify opportunities to enhance software architecture and development processes. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed software and systems. Qualifications Proven experience working in Agile development teams. Proficiency in Java programming. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
