**Process Overview***
The Risk Function Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes. We are a global business technology group that enables our business partners to better manage our company's compliance and risk mitigation efforts. We develop, implement, and operate technology solutions that enable and manage compliance, operational and reputational risk.
**Job Description***
Require a Lead developer within Compliance Technology to actively participate in and support the end-to-end phases of the software development cycle, operations and LOBs as necessary to maintain and deliver business solutions. Provide support to regulatory reporting applications and interfaces. Analyze and resolve any data level/report level/application level issues arisen from operation of the applications.
**Responsibilities***
• Strong experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working with different technologies and Lines of Business areas.
• Strong knowledge and background of Global Markets, financial products (Equity, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.) and how they are structured.
• Experience working in a high-pressure environment supporting LOB by responding to inquiries and research requests within short time frames.
• Candidate must be proficient in Autosys, SQL Server DB Understanding of incident lifecycle management and reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately.
• Domain knowledge in Regulatory Disclosure reporting preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency and experience in using SQL for data querying and analysis (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with business stakeholders globally.
• Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles, e.g. QA, UAT, System Integration Testing.
• Self-starter with desire to drive issues to resolution.
• Experience working in Agile delivery model preferred.
• Should have good attitude and should be a team player.
• Should have excellent communication skills

**Education:** B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA /MCA /MBA

**Foundational skills***
+ Experience in Java / J2EE
+ Technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, Oracle SQL / PLSQL
+ Operating Systems: Windows, RedHat Linux
+ Databases: Oracle
+ Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Jenkins
+ Develop custom automation to streamline support processes.
+ Ability to work both independently and within a high-functioning team environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to present to audiences including senior management.
+ Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple groups to gather business requirements for product evidence and license compliance.
+ Strong analytical, multitasking and prioritization skills.
+ Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment.
+ Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals in all regions of the organization.
+ Ability to understand complex application infrastructure and model for license compliance reporting.
+ Ability to be a strong team player with commitment to overall organization goals.
**Desired skills**
+ Experience with any of the tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory
+ Experience in command line interfaces (CLI), third party APIs and integration.
+ Basic Experience in server administration with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server
+ Good understanding of developing fault tolerant solutions and knowledge in horizontal scaling and resiliency/HA.
+ Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to changes in project scope.
+ Basic understanding of system, network, security and database operations, protocols, and industry standard technologies.
+ Enterprise Design Patterns and microservices
