Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and batch jobs to automate membership processes (e.g., reconciliation, auto-renewal, membership actions).Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that improve the membership experience.Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and reporting for membership KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and follow best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable code.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.3-5 of working experience in building large scale software applictionProficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).Experience building and maintaining batch jobs and/or data pipelines.Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and reporting tools.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting frameworks.
