Job Summary
As a Technology Support Lead at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking division, you will play a pivotal leadership role in maintaining the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Your responsibilities will include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery for successful business operations.Execute policies and procedures ensuring engineering and operational stability.Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to business and technology stakeholders.Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experienceProficiency on AWS Cloud Platform, with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform and Helm chart.Experience in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters across various environments.Minimum 4+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting technologies.Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Ability to lead by example and guide the team with technical expertise.Ability to identify risks/issues for the project and manage them accordingly.Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, Aurora, or Teradata preferred.
