Organizes, updates, and maintains data to make it actionable for business needsDemonstrates knowledge of data system components to ensure secure data accessMakes custom configuration changes in tools to generate products at business or customer requestUpdates logical or physical data models based on new use cases with minimal supervisionAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experienceBasic knowledge of the data lifecycle and data management functionsAdvanced proficiency in SQL, including joins and aggregationsWorking understanding of NoSQL databasesSignificant experience with statistical data analysis and ability to determine appropriate toolsBasic knowledge of data system components to determine controls needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience working on agile project methodologyBasic knowledge of data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with Databricks
