Your day-to-day will include:

Programming environment: Linux/Windows

Model processing and analysis, research and development of software tools and algorithms in various fields including:

Crashworthiness and Safety (Automotive, Aerospace)

Human Body Modelling (Injury Biomechanics for Automotive and Aerospace)

Metal Forming (Automotive, Electronics)

Electronic components and Electronic Device drop shock testing (Electronics)

Algorithmic problem solving and data processing

Programming languages: Python & C/C++

Communication and collaboration with other members of the development, customer support, and quality assurance teams, as well as with international research teams

Qualifications you need to have:

University degree from a School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Good knowledge of Statics and Dynamics of Structures and/or Computational Mechanics

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in the English language

Qualifications that will be considered:

Diploma thesis or Master's thesis in Computational Mechanics

Knowledge of the Finite Element Method

Knowledge and experience with CAD/CAE software

Knowledge of Numerical Analysis methods

Knowledge of modern Machine Learning methods

Experience in programming with Python or another programming language
