Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** What You’ll Do + Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting Teams across multiple platforms. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality features, solve technical challenges, and drive innovation. + Build tools for monitoring, analytics, and automated recovery to ensure service reliability and performance. + Champion best practices for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and secure, frequent releases. + Enhance developer productivity by creating internal tools and providing actionable feedback on code and product quality. + Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards across all backend systems. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience. + Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, Python, or Node.js). + Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture. + Experience with high-scale services, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and RESTful APIs on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). + Hands-on expertise in debugging customer issues and managing live site incidents. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning. + Bonus: Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or big data analytics. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
