Responsibilities: * Develop and Deploy AI Agents: Lead the design and development of autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows that streamline internal operations and strategic initiatives * Build and Scale: Design, develop, and deploy resilient and scalable services for internal-facing AI agents that reason over complex data and perform multi-step tasks * Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and partners across the company to help identify high-impact opportunities for automation and deliver intelligent insights * Innovate and Apply Technology: Actively explore and apply novel AI technologies and methodologies (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks) to solve complex operational challenges * Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure the smooth integration and adoption of AI-driven solutions across the organization * Data Integrity: Establish and maintain robust data quality standards and governance practices for the datasets used by our AI agents, ensuring accuracy and reliability
