JOB DESCRIPTION:
Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Complete simple bug fixes. Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve technical issues as necessary. Keep abreast of new technology developments. Perform other duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.1 year of experience in job offered or related occupations required.Also required is: 1 year of experience: coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing software applications; analyzing requirements, testing, and integrating application components; explaining information to others in straightforward situations; solving standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents; solving a range of routine problems, while demonstrating some proficiency with concepts and processes; understanding key business drivers to accomplish own work; and impacting quality of own work and the work of others on a team and working within guidelines and policies.Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc. office in Temple Terrace, FL, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.Experience can be concurrent.#LI-DNI
