Bank of America is seeking a highly motivated Analyst and Engineer to join our Global Information Security team.  Candidate should be comfortable working with Product management team, Application managers etc., to get necessary requirements for enhancing current reports in Tableau and Alteryx or creating new reports based on requirements provided by senior management or stakeholders.

Responsibilities*

Bank of America is seeking a highly motivated Analyst and Engineer to join our Global Information Security team.  Candidate should be comfortable working with Product management team, Application managers etc., to get necessary requirements for enhancing current reports in Tableau and Alteryx or creating new reports based on requirements provided by senior management or stakeholders.

You will be an individual contributor responsible for researching, implementing, and supporting complex IT engineering tasks as a part of an agile Engineering Services team.  Your tasks will include:

•                Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed reports.

•                Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade reports for production use by several critical stakeholders of GIS

•                Apply an understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices with the ability to understand how the infrastructure communicates as a low level and how the system functions at a high level.

•                Must have a troubleshooting/problem solving mindset

 Experience Range*

8-10 years

 Foundational skills*

•                A strong understanding and experience with Tabelau and Alteryx

•                Experience using CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Ansible, Subversion, Git, JIRA and Confluence

•                Familiarity with MS-SQL, Oracle and familiarity how to perform basic queries if needed.

•                Experience in supporting infrastructure in a large enterprise environment

•                Good understanding of Change and Incident Management processes

•                Understanding of Agile projects, roles, and development support

•                Be able to run and bring to completion multiple competing projects.

•                Detail oriented work ethic.

•                Aptitude to independently learn new technologies

•                Strong written & verbal skills combined with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
