Because this role a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split working onsite and remotely. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline. + Experience with Ada, C, C , Java or other high-order languages in real-time embedded applications + Experience with real-time embedded hardware systems + Solid understanding of software development processes for real-time embedded applications + Highly motivated to solve complex problems and continuously improve + Ability to produce high quality work both independently and with a team + Strong verbal and written technical communication skills + Ability to work well with a high-performing and results-oriented product development team + Currently holds a DOD Security Clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience designing and implementing complex algorithms requiring strict timing, systems resource managed, and interface constraints + Experience with software development tools such as Eclipse, Visual Studio, Subversion, Git, Jira, Confluence, or Bamboo. + Experience with modernized software development processes (e.g. Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $57866 - $98372 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
