Job Title: Software Engineer - Full StackJob Description As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining web applications and infrastructure that support modern digital platforms, including build servers and Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will contribute to both frontend and backend development, while also engaging in DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring. Responsibilities + Design and develop full stack applications with a focus on digital content delivery and LMS platforms. + Design intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces and secure backend systems. + Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance client experiences. Essential Skills + 5 years of experience building or integrating Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Open edX, Blackboard). + Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, SSO), and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). + Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, AWS/GCP, GitHub Actions). + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with content authoring tools or e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI). + Experience in the Simulation & Training, Entertainment, Gaming industries, Software Development, or Immersive Technologies (AR/VR). + Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. + Enthusiasm for innovation in immersive experiences and a drive to constantly push creative boundaries.
