The Marketing Platforms Management team leads the technology strategy and engineering delivery of marketing campaigns and centralizing of marketing assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experienceMust have competency and proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within a team environment of other engineers, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing qualityAdobe AEM Engineer with strong Java/J2EE background.At least 5 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 3+ full cycle AEM projects.Solid experience in implementing custom Adobe workflowsSolid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.Good experience in Sightly scripting languageExperience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM.Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social IntegrationsExperience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs in AEM: Templating sites for Adobe AEM (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX and HTML)Writing custom components in Java for Adobe AEMExperience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or MavenWell conversant with version control capabilities like GitHub, Bitbucket.Implement the best software practices that produce maintainable code, including usability patterns, code style conformity, integration, unit testing, and code review.Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges and articulate solutionsAbility to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutionsDeals well with ambiguous/under-defined problems; Ability to think abstractly.
