Job Description

Overview of the role:

We are looking for Software Engineer who is extremely passionate about front end and backend software development for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile B2B & B2C products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. You will be based in our new ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an opportunity to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT, VR/AR.  

Key Responsibilities:

Design, code, test to meet requirementsApply latest software design methodologies - design patterns, static/dynamical code analysis, ensuring pragmatic, clean and sustainable code implementationsParticipate in the project from conception to finished product to analyze technical risk and provide mitigation strategies and solution optionsStaying abreast of developments in areas of backend app development technologiesCode and Test to meet requirements as per the design and architecture laid outProduce high quality code.Participate in all agile ceremoniesSupport build and deploymentResponsible for unit testingAdhere to all development guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

Requirements:

Technical SkillsStrong experience in Node.js as the backend technologyStrong experience in working with Microservice ArchitectureExperience in  Front end technologies like Angular is a plus.Good experience in working with AWS cloud platformGood experience CI/CD tools and methodologies is a plusExperience in using various relevant tools for Unit Testing, Code quality etc

 

Other skillsExperience of agile software development methodologiesExcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)Great team player and ability to work in a highly international team Willingness to learn new thingsExperience working in tools like JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins etc

Experience

3+ yrs of experience overall1+ years in AWS services1+ years in CICd topics using Jenkins, JFROG or similarKnowledge experience with Web Technologies like Angular is a plus1+ years in using tools like Sonarqube, Datadog, Appdynamics, Firebase, Fastlane etc 1+ years in Agile deliveryTerraform knowledge is a plusAWS certification is a plus

Education

BE in engineering with focus on computer science / software engineeringMCA with professional experienceOther relevant education streams with strong tech experiences can be considered
