In this exciting role, you will contribute significantly to the continuous uplift of production stability across all core front office systems and assist with implementing and improving operational processes across the team, including change management. Your focus will include data, analytics, as well as identifying and developing tools to uplift tools associated with Change Management. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes or implement automation initiatives within the Change environment will be a key factor to your success in the role. What you offer

Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, Databases, and exposure to Atlassian products would be advantageousStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProven experience in delivering operational services within a Change, Incident or Problem Management Framework, ideally in a global, complex, cross-functional financial services environmentSolid conceptual understanding of all levels within the technology stack, including operating systems, databases and applicationsFamiliarity with Jira Cloud administration and configuration is an advantageExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Grafana is an advantage.
