This role involves working in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to code development, conducting code reviews, and participating in meetings and demonstrations across Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified environments.

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance code for the Concorde framework used by internal development teams. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and development cycles. Collaborate in meetings and demonstrations involving application development and data handling across secure environments. Develop core libraries to be used across multiple platforms, enterprise-wide. Daily utilization and demonstration of strong experience with Agile development methodologies. Write unit tests to ensure code is accurate and troubleshoot/debug code as needed. Collaborate with UI and UX designers to create the best experience for our end users. Participate in an active team environment as both a continual learner and supportive coach. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
15+ years of web development experience. 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher. 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies. Proven experience in environments supporting: Over 3,000 users. RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows. At least 1,000 automated unit tests. Active Secret Clearance is required. 15+ years of web development experience. 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher. 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies. Proven experience in environments supporting: Over 3,000 users. RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows. At least 1,000 automated unit tests. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
