We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Develop and enhance code for the Concorde framework used by internal development teams. + Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. + Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and development cycles. + Collaborate in meetings and demonstrations involving application development and data handling across secure environments. + Develop core libraries to be used across multiple platforms, enterprise-wide. + Daily utilization and demonstration of strong experience with Agile development methodologies. + Write unit tests to ensure code is accurate and troubleshoot/debug code as needed. + Collaborate with UI and UX designers to create the best experience for our end users. + Participate in an active team environment as both a continual learner and supportive coach. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + 15+ years of web development experience. + 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher. + 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies. + Proven experience in environments supporting: + Over 3,000 users. + RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows. + At least 1,000 automated unit tests. + Active Secret Clearance is required. + 15+ years of web development experience. + 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC web development using Visual Studio 2008 or higher. + 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies. + Proven experience in environments supporting: + Over 3,000 users. + RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ rows. + At least 1,000 automated unit tests. + Ability to work independently and part of a team. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Strong analytical skills. **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $160,000.00/Yr.
