It is a non-stop journey, managing cyber risk through automation and data-powered insights.

What You Will Do

Join a dynamic team that innovates and renovates the Forescout eyeSight product line to customer environments all over the worldLead the architecture and design of features in the Forescout eyeSight product line to enhance functionality, improve product capability, and enhance customer experienceDocument and partner with other architects and teamsLead or join other developers to develop complex feature sets that deliver high value to our customer base, following a detailed design, coding concepts, and quality expectationsWork with senior technical leaders and product management team to define and refine the product roadmapWork in a highly functioning Scrum team delivering a full solution that is tested, documented, and ready to deployMentor junior members of the development teamRapidly learn, evaluate, and explain emerging security technologies

What You Bring To Forescout

At least 5 years of industry experience developing software with JavaBachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field5 years delivering production softwareExperience designing, implementing, testing, documenting, and delivering enterprise-grade softwareExperience developing APIs with Spring framework a plusHands-on experience with Java and either Perl or Python, or similar scripting languageExperience with Linux and Windows with a strong preference for Linux experienceNetworking knowledge, like TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SSH and other networking protocols, including the understanding of the OSI modelTeam player who has a "get stuff done" approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent communications skills
