Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of Full stack development with a focus on mobile (can be stronger on back end or front end leaning with this tech stack • Some exp with mobile development experience (Expo, React Native) • JavaScript & Typescript • Serverless architecture • Functional & Object-Oriented Programming • TDD/BDD testing methodologies • Performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and triage (Datadog or similar), • Infrastructure as code (Terraform) • Documentation practices (RFCs, ADRs) • Experience in agile development environments • Ability and commitment to go on-site 5 times per week in Toronto • Previous experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or consumer-facing industries. • Familiarity with digital customer engagement and content management systems. • Experience or willingness to work with AI-driven development tools
