Description Design, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity standards for manufacturing environments. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and plant teams to integrate cybersecurity into OT architecture. Maintain OT cybersecurity documentation (risk registers, dashboards, reports). Assess current security architecture and enhance protections. Lead vulnerability detection and remediation for OT systems. Conduct OT risk assessments using NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443. Monitor OT networks for threats and anomalies. Develop and maintain OT incident response plans. Continuously improve OT cybersecurity policies and tools. Conduct employee training and awareness programs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Knowledge of NIST, ISA-62443, and other cybersecurity frameworks. Understanding of cloud and on-prem security controls (AWS, Azure, AD, Windows). Experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI architectures. Strong grasp of network protocols, system flow charts, and telecom principles. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Detail-oriented with strong research and prioritization skills. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. Team-oriented and proactive in identifying emerging threats. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
