The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a focus on delivering safe, accurate, and user-centric solutions in an enterprise environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments + Contribute to large scale planning of strategies + Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments + Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures + Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals + Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff + Drive AI innovationby accelerating business use cases using frameworks like ADK and LangChain. + Collaborate across teamsto align with technical strategies and support application migrations and modernization efforts. + Ensure engineering excellenceby resolving tech roadblocks, conducting peer reviews, and influencing secure, scalable product roadmaps. **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 6+ months of experience with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OpenShift) and cloud-native development. **Desired Qualifications** + Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and/or agentic workflows in generative AI applications. + Experience in the financial industry or familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements. + Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities. + Expertise in test-driven development methodologies. + Strong focus on end-user experience, delivering intuitive and valuable solutions. + Alignment with Wells Fargo’s mission to transform the employee experience through generative AI. **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
