Introduction

Through its R&D activities in Germany, the USA, China, India, Russia and Eastern Europe, Technology helps secure the company's technological future and bolster its competitiveness.

You’ll create impact by:

·        Customize and enhance existing Python-based software applications based on project requirements.

·        Test and validate application functionality in a desktop environment to ensure stability and performance.

·        Package and deploy applications on Digital Ocean, including configuration and optimization for cloud environments.

·        Fine-tune AI models use existing source code and datasets to improve accuracy and performance.

·        Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product managers to align on deliverables.

·        Maintain clear documentation of changes, configurations, and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

·        Moderate to strong proficiency in Python and experience with software customization and modular development.

·        *Hands-on experience with AI/ML model fine-tuning, preferably using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

·        Familiarity with cloud deployment, especially in Digital Ocean

·        Experience with desktop application testing and debugging tools.

·        Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·        Good problem-solving and communication skills.
