The Full Stack Software Engineer II owns the team’s backend services, AWS infrastructure, and front-end applications. We’re looking for someone who loves building scalable, production-quality systems across the stack—from cloud infrastructure to user-facing interfaces. You should be competent in standard software engineering practices regarding development lifecycles and code best practices. This position is part of the Farming Solutions & Digital Product Development team, where we design and deliver innovative, customer-facing digital solutions for farmers and agricultural advisors. As a member of the Integrations team, you will join a group of full-stack developers responsible for the data ingestion experience across our digital products. Our solutions enable farmers to seamlessly import their precision agriculture data, both through direct uploads and integrations with third-party platforms. **Responsibilities – What You will Do:** + Build Python APIs that bring our cutting-edge data science to farmers around the world. + Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript. + Create AWS infrastructure to support those APIs, frontend applications, and the data science tools behind them. + Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences. + Show a passion for learning and developing skills, trying new technologies, and be solution-centric in your thinking. + Bring your experience and knowledge to help mentor, lead, and grow others. **What Skills You Need:** + You have 1–4 years of experience as a software developer, with at least a year writing Python and experience developing with React and TypeScript. + You are comfortable with OOP and functional style programming. + You have experience building scalable databases and integrating them with both backend and frontend applications. + You are familiar with Amazon Web Services infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code. + You can set up CI/CD pipelines, preferably using gitlab-ci, for both backend and frontend deployments. + You write code that is maintainable and adaptable, following best practices across the stack. + You possess excellent problem-solving skills using creative approaches. + You have strong communication skills, including the ability to take initiative and build deep, meaningful relationships. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a similar field or equivalent experience. **Skills that are nice to have:** + Experience working with distributed and multi-region teams. + Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum. + Experience with GIS. + Experience developing AgTech applications. \#LI-BB1 **Benefits – How We’ll Support You:** + Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills + Be part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better place + Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment + Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays + Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father + Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program + Learn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva Benefits (https://hrportal.ehr.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=2Nre68t3vrs%3d&portalid=351) + Check out life at Corteva! www.linkedin.com/company/corteva/life Are you a good match? This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
