JOB TITLE: Software Engineer LOCATION: Irving, TX DUTIES: Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing for 7QSR program. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) lifecycle, including working on Agile and Iterative software development. Participate with Development or Product Management in Project and Backlog reviews. Create and update full detail-oriented test cases /plans that communicate unambiguous testing methodologies and expected behaviors with others. Create the testing environment, including technical configuration, all environmental components, data, automated test scripts and security. Effectively set up and execute testing of Mobile applications and backend services using industry standard tools according to the documented test cases/plans. Produce test reports. Conduct regular performance and regression testing as part of release plan. Automate manual testing using automation tools. Collaborate with Technical Support to document defects and errors with clear detailed descriptions for Development review. Lead and maintain a prioritization of known defects with input from Development and Product Management. Create, review and analyze system specifications. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Sr. Software Engineer/Lead, Sr. Software Test Engineer, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years performing each of the following skills: + Node JS, Mongo DB, Oracle DB, AWS – Docker, Lambda, EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, Redis, S3, CloudFormation, Step Functions, Kinesis, API Gateway, NPM; + Selenium with Node JS, Karate, Mocha, Rest Assured API framework, Postman, VSCode , JMeter, Blaze Meter; + GitLab, Git, Jenkins, SAM, Serverless templates, TM4J, Quality Center, Zephyr, PL/SQL.
