Job Description

In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Software Engineer, Professional Services (Plex) to join our U.S. Technical Services team. You will provide essential customer-defined development and integrations for our cloud-native manufacturing SaaS products (Plex). You will work in the Technical Services team alongside other Plex Technical Services Engineers, Delivery Consultants, Solution Architects, DevOps, Product Engineers, Support Services, Sales teams, Customer Success teams, and more.

This is a remote position and will report to our TECHNICAL SERVICES DELIVERY LEAD - PLEX.

Your Responsibilities:Lead and execute a wide range of technical projects from concept to releaseGather and document requirements from customers and internal stakeholdersLead and execute efforts to design and document effective technical solutions that meet our customer's true needsExecute on the delivery of new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions and features, making good business and technical judgement to deliver the project within the project timelineSupport quality assurance testing and software development team best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout PlexCreate technical articles and documentation, and assist in growing both our internal and public facing knowledge baseLead continuous process improvementsActively learn and present new technologies and processesPrototype solutions to complex problemsSupport pre-sales efforts by participating in scoping and developing estimates for custom development projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experienceAbility to travel up to 15%Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
