Software Engineer
Software Engineer is a key member of an agile team responsible for creating great products for our customers on the web. As a full stack engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the development, testing, quality and performance of a web application - both as an individual contributor as well as reviewing the work of other engineers on the team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Product Owner and tech lead to discover, design, develop and deploy  great financial tools and products that provide meaningful value to our customersDevelop, Unit tests and deploy components.Integrate UI application with rest APIs.Primary technologies focused on modern front-end - Advanced JS & ES6, React, Redux and other modern JS frameworks, HTML/CSS, Content Management Systems - like Bloomreach.Support production incidents.Support and maintain various environment’s health.


Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of relevant work experience required.5-7+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design, development and operation of complex web applications.5+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design and build of complex software applications.Demonstrated experience coding and/or designing in multiple environments.Working knowledge of diverse front-end related technologies and new and current architectures such as:- Redux, React, React hooks; Webpack, Gulp; React testing library, Mocha, Chai, JestExcellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

Typescript, Cypress. Node JS, Express Server.Understanding on AWS cloud services(Kubernetes, S3, Load Balancer). CI/CD build process familiarity and automation (Jenkins, Docker).CMS - Bloomreach.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $112,200 / $151,500 year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
