This is a backfill for someone who left, but we are shifting it over to the UKG team. That team is currently just 1 person supporting all of the Philippines. This will let us have redundancy and avoid a single point of failure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the UKG platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UKG applications and integrations.Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on UKG or similar HR platforms.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready.Knowledge of HRIS systems and workforce management processes.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
