This role will serve as the Enterprise Estimation Tool (EET) Administrator for Power and Water Solutions, responsible for overseeing the configuration, improvement, and ongoing maintenance of the EET system used for project estimations. Additionally, Proposals EET Management & Tools Developer Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting PWS business process automations. It will also support the decision-making process that defines which automation tool is most cost-effective and efficient for the needed business solution. The role will also explore and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to optimize processes, enhance estimation accuracy, and deliver innovative solutions. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** **Business tool administration** + Enterprise Estimation Tool (EET) Management for Power and Water Solutions. (EET is an Emerson internal tool developed to estimate projects) + EET enhancements and maintenance tasks management, including technical validation and internal budget control. + Collaboration with other Emerson Business Units to agree on EET common solutions and enhancements. + Contact person for any EET related enquiry, system repair or technical support for Power and Water Solutions’ users around the world. + Training on EET use for PWS users around the world. + Coordination with Finance and Pricing groups for products and rates costs/prices updates each FY. + Show expertise, quality and value added. **Optimization of Productivity Tools:** + Participates in the execution of low, medium, and high complexity developments. + Participates and observes interactions and troubleshooting with team members. + Design, implement and maintain automation routines as well as support the full lifecycle automation solution. + Collaborate with the stakeholders to seek for the best results in identifying automation opportunities, capture requirements, develop, test, deploy and support automation solutions. + Work cross functionally to ensure that the processes are efficient and support the process improvement activities. + Constantly looking for potential improvements in all aspects of your work. + Integrate AI-based solutions for predictive analysis, estimation optimization, and intelligent process improvements. + Creation and maintenance of: + Power Apps + Power Automate flows + Power BI reports + Sharepoint **Who You Are:** + You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives **For This Role, You Will Need:** + At least three years of relevant work experience in Automations + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, technical certifications or similar. + Strong knowledge of project management tools, collaboration platforms, and document management systems. + Advanced knowledge in: Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop.
