Primary Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain .Net applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processesEstablish, refine and integrate development and test environmental tools and software as neededIdentify opportunities to optimize .Net/Java application projectsContribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.Write well designed, testable, efficient codeEnsure designs are in compliance with specificationsPrepare and produce releases of software componentsSupport continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural reviewAbility and willingness to work independently in Scrum TeamFollowing best practices and standards, building reusable componentsAbility to willingness to work on POC's and building robust applicationsAdhering to project and practice level guidelines for deliverablesCommunicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and US business stake holders.Support the QE/SSMO team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarificationsWork with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activitiesAdhere to proper use of source controlEnsure delivery of technical artifacts for each projectMentor developers on technology and application knowledge as neededComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.TechExperience: 4+ years in .NET technologies including:C#, WPF, WCFAngular 15+, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQueryHTML, CSS, Bootstrap or similar frameworksMS SQL Server 2008 and aboveDevOps & Tools: Git, TFS, CI/CD pipelines, SSRS, Agile (Scrum), RallyConcepts: Solid understanding of OOP, SDLC, and release processesSkills: Proven excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; self-motivated and team-oriented

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python (Beginner to Intermediate) and AI Dojo Capstone ProjectsExperience with GitHub Actions and modern DevOps toolchainsExposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot StudioFamiliarity with Azure and AWS cloud platformsKnowledge of Data Warehousing and BI tools (SSIS, SSRS)Background in the Healthcare industry
