Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing numerical solvers for structural mechanics and GPU-accelerated computing
Developing, maintaining, and optimizing simulation workflows using C/C++
Conducting literature reviews in structural analysis and computational methods
Performing structural analysis using industry-standard solvers (e.g., FEA tools)
Validating simulation results, evaluating performance, and proposing improvements
Developing tools to enable faster and more accurate simulations of complex physical systems
Collaborating closely with engineers and scientists to enhance our products
Implementing and optimizing parallel computing algorithms
Maintaining and improving existing codebases
Qualifications you need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
C/C++ development skills
Experience with structural solvers (e.g., Abaqus, NASTRAN, or equivalent)
Knowledge of Computational and Numerical Methods and Linear Algebra
Good command of the English language
Qualifications that will be considered:
Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element methods (FEM)
Experience solving linear and non-linear problems
Familiarity with parallel and GPU programming
Master’s or PhD in a relevant field
Knowledge of GPU programming and computational geometry
Experience implementing algorithms on polygonal meshes and solving optimization problems
