Your Impact
As an integral member of this team, you will work with a team of seasoned engineers. You will have the opportunity to test some of the world’s largest Service Provider Routers that are continuously evolving towards enabling the support of newer and exciting customer business paradigms.
You will be interacting and working closely with some of the finest talent pool in the industry – where you will find that work is both fun and challenging.
Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills)
Excellence in all that you do is what drives you. To ensure this, you have a thorough understanding of distributed/centralized hardware architectures of routers/switches. Your concepts are strong and you have a good knowledge of L2, L3, and MPLS protocols and forwarding infrastructure. You have exposure to deployment architectures in the routing and switching domains. You possess the necessary skills to work in a highly collaborative, inclusive, and agile atmosphere in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Experience: 5-9 years
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in CS/EE/IT/ECE, MCA, or similar education.
• Experience with real-time O/S (VxWorks, pSOS or IOS, Linux, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, with knowledge of Linux virtualization.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, multicast protocols, network synchronization, segment routing, SDN, manageability (telemetry, gRPC, Netconf/Yang, etc.)
• Cisco Networking certificates, such as CCIE, CCNP, etc. are desirable.
