The scope of the work spreads across multiple portfolio of products and services. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Own the complete software development lifecycle from conception to production, including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions utilizing both front-end and back-end technologies, starting with broadly defined problems. • Drive architectural improvements and technical debt reduction while maintaining focus on customer experience and business outcomes. • Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software. • Mentor more junior team members in their career growth. Basic Qualifications - Experience (non-internship) in professional software development - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Experience programming with at least one software programming language - Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.) - Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
