Lead development of a software project with one or more developers assignedDevelop applications that streamline internal business processesWork with existing legacy applications to convert (if necessary), extend and enhance functionality, as well as developing new applicationsPerform unit testing after completion of the development tasks, initiate end to end testing and validation in a development environmentFollow the pre-defined development standards for naming conventions, user interface, etc.Work on assigned tasks to completion, correctly and in assigned timePerform problem determination for correcting defectsAssist Software Development Manager in designing solutions for enhancements or during problem resolutionComplete estimates as to how much work is involved for all project tasks, and perform analysis to determine how the solution can be achieved with the best design solutionOversee code development of team for correctness and qualityDetermine estimates and assign tasks to development team membersTrack and report status of development effort for all team membersFollow the correct process for getting a new project or problem correction promoted from the development environment to the production environmentTransfer knowledge and the design documents to the Documentation/Training team, in order to get the user documentation properly updated and/or training preparations and materials completedConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyMay work with users or Business Analysts to determine requirements and design for systems

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum seven (7) years of .Net web application development with at least two (2) years in a Senior positionExperience utilizing extensive development skills in web base applications using the following technologies: MVC, Microsoft technologies (C#, Entity Framework), React, JavaScript/CSS, WebAPI, SQL Databases and other web development technologiesPossess excellent verbal, written communication and listening skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentExecute excellent customer service relationship skillsAbility to apply technical skills in order to implement high-quality solutions for system enhancements or problem correctionsAbility to apply logical methods to solve difficult problems and generate effective solutions through accurate and appropriate analysisAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
