By working with our business partners, you will be expected to define system objectives, develop technical specifications, and handle all phases of application and systems programming to address complex problems efficiently. **What you'll do** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, gather user requirements, and enhance application functionality. + Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using PICK Basic, supporting both new initiatives and ongoing system improvements. + Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. + Provide technical support to end users and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as needed. + Apply programming expertise to build efficient, scalable, and reliable digital solutions aligned with project goals. + Work closely with stakeholders to define system infrastructure and ensure alignment with business needs. + Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and engage in debugging to ensure software quality and stability. + Participate in Agile (SAFE) ceremonies and other development methodologies, contributing to project planning, tracking, and team collaboration. **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years’ experience in application program development + Experience with application development support software packages. + Experience in an Agile Environment + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience setting up and using automated testing **Preferred Qualifications** + 3+ years experience in systems analysis Universe or UniData. + Expertise in PICK Basic, wIntegrate, and/or Unix and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization. + Previous Healthcare and/or TPA experience. **Education** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
