Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) organization is seeking talented Software Development Engineers to join the Optimal Sourcing Systems (OSS) ContinuousBuying and SCOT Unified Planning (SUP) team. The SUP platform is a critical component of Amazon's inventory planning infrastructure, enabling various Just-In-Time (JIT) and non-JIT buying programs across the company to leverage common components and services. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering creative solutions to solve complex problems at a large scale. As an SDE on our team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining core SUP platform capabilities that drive mission-critical supply chain workflows.



Key job responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable components for the multi-tenant, extensible Unified Planning framework
* Build and maintain generic business logic components that can be reused across multiple programs
* Implement orchestration systems for core inventory planning functions
* Create and optimize workflows for purchase order tracking, consolidation, and computation scheduling
* Collaborate with program owners to integrate various purchasing programs into the SUP platform
* Contribute to platform features supporting failure recovery, data visualization, and PO consolidation
