As a member of the Ops Tech Solutions software development team, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across Ops Tech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality, fast resolution customer experience.

Ops Tech Solutions is looking for experienced and dedicated team member to lead the development and implementation of IoT software for the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative, strong judgement, and has a great problem-solving skills. You will need to work with non-technical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams. In addition, you’ll need to be able to clearly and effectively communicate to larger non-technical audiences on system changes and enhancements. You will be working in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of tasks and technologies.

Key job responsibilities
- As a Software Development Engineer for Delivery Software Engineering within OTS org, you will be leading the development and implementation solutions to automate IT services.
- You work autonomously, act as an advocate for Operational Excellence, design best practice and testing strategies that improve and scale our software for FC operation and Field IT associate worldwide.
- A successful candidate will have an established technical background in developing solutions that performing complex, multi-step tasks with reasoning and minimal human oversight, excellent project management along with great communication skills, and the ability to provide technical trade-off to deliver results in a fast paced environment.
