Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the team responsible for driving awareness of features and products to customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** _Software Development Engineer_
**_Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)_**
**Pay Range:** $65-70/Hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.
+ Develop and enhance front-end features utilizing React and TypeScript.
+ Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries for MySQL databases.
+ Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to deployment.
+ Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define and implement technical solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 5+ years of experience as a lead software developer or co-founder of a software company or agency.
+ Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and backend web development (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Golang).
+ Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field.
