**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD91300 **Position Overview** This position is for a software engineer to join a data service/management team serving Autodesk mainframe products. The team is responsible for designing/implementing/deploying critical material related components/services for fulfilling the requirements of the product independently or by collaborating with other teams of Forge Group or Autodesk products. **Responsibilities** + Design, develop, test, debug, and document new and existing software features + Work with product manager and product owners to interpret and translate business needs to technical requirements + Ensure high quality software is delivered by following engineering practices like peer code reviews, code standards, and unit testing + Apply extensive technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design problems **Qualifications** + BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent domain + 0-2 year of work experience + Strong development proficiency in C++, programming skills + Proficiency in software development tools and version control systems. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Experience with CAD software usage or development is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** + Work experience in QT, Jenkins, Python is a plus + Work experience in web technologies like React, JavaScript, Java is a plus + Require basic knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts within a specific discipline – typically gained through formal education or equivalent training + Perform routine, defined assignments with direct guidance and oversight from others with more experience + Learn to use professional concepts in practical situations through completion of work assignments and training + Take an active role in learning and becoming familiar with the discipline and broader team environment + Typically seek guidance on problems as they arise, and adapt to solve problems encountered previously \#LI-AA1 **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk!
