API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend services and third-party integrations. Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application. Ensure high performance and responsiveness to API requests. Security Implementation: Implement security and data protection best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements to the development process and architecture. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js. Technical Skills: • Proficient in Node.js and Express.js. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud architecture. • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
