Software Development Engineer – Healthcare Professional(HCP) Digital Engagement Solutions using SNS platform and/or Web technologies

Job Overview
• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.
• Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

Essential Functions
• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.
• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.
• Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
• May lead or support projects within own organization with limited complexity, including the development of small to medium size system components.
• Has broad understanding of quality standards and consistently produces work that meets expectations with little need for corrections or rework
• Reviews functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.
• Provides peer support and helps on-board new Associate Software Engineers to the team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Fluency in spoken and listening English.

Preferred Skillset
• strong knowledge and hands-on experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with LangChain or other LLM application frameworks and  AI model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems.
• Solid experience in web development.
• Proficiency in PHP(highest priority), React, and/or Node.js 
• IT security certifications, including but not limited to Engineer of Information Security, are a plus.
