Key job responsibilities
You will join a team with a mandate to experiment and innovate across all systems in Advertising, both near and far. You will contribute across the full experimentation lifecycle, from simulation, experimentation and ultimately production. You will have an opportunity to grow and broaden your technical and scientific skills as you work in an environment that thrives on creativity, experimentation, and collaboration.
Contribute to the technical direction of various systems and initiatives throughout Amazon Ads org.
Work with many different technologies teams across Amazon Ads org.
Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market.
Design and build innovative solutions in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
Design, code and troubleshoot scalable online serving systems.

The Demand Tech Systems and Control Tiger Team is a specialized unit that tackles high-impact, complex technical challenges across Amazon's advertising systems. We focus on building and optimizing ML systems, feedback controllers, and mathematical models to enhance bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign performance at scale. We are looking for a pioneering and collaborative Engineer to help us bring our ideas into production.
