Key job responsibilities
- Lead your colleagues to deliver high-quality C and C++ code which will scale with the needs of the business;
- Deliver reliable, high-quality technical solutions that delight our customers;
- Demonstrate excellent taste in developer experience and tooling design through the SDLC;
- Partner with your manager and leadership to influence business strategy and product roadmaps;
- Meet with customers to learn and help shape the simulation story;
- Set a high bar of technical and operational excellence, and empower your colleagues to continuously meet and raise the bar.
As a senior engineer, you are a multiplier to your teammates as much as you are a developer. This role will be a great fit if you have a passion for balancing designing, coding, mentoring, and communicating. About the team
Our mission is to enhance the developer experience at RBKS, enabling engineers to create loveable products and features for our customers. We provide tools, data, and infrastructure that will reduce the time to get code from developers to customer devices whilst ensuring operational excellence, by reducing friction during coding and providing greater device health visibility. Our vision is to develop a suite of tools that seamlessly integrate across the entire development lifecycle, from desktop to production. These tools will enable pre-hardware development and a smooth transition to on-device testing.
The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 28,866 monthly.
