About the team
The Console Interactions team owns a distributed services platform and a fleet of hardware that provide API and human access to Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs) and remote interaction devices in multiple regions around the world. Power operations, diagnostics, and data collection occur via an API. Repairs, triages occur through human interaction. In addition to the above two, we also provide tenants compute capacity to run workloads that interact with BMCs.
